Australian Author
The pen name A. E. Hunter was inspired by a much-loved Rhodesian Ridgeback named Hunter. Angelique adored Hunter, especially his tenacious spirit. Something told her that she needed to be more like him to remain on the scent of her dream – to muse and write, day and night in a peaceful spot overlooking a tropical garden in Far North Queensland.
Angelique wrote her first novel on an old, electric typewriter. She believes her writing teachers have been the hundreds of stories she created as practice. These stories live in the shadows of the stories in Angelique’s debut anthology, Just You and Life, a collection of short stories and thought-provoking quotes written to inspire others in the same vein as a much-loved Rhodesian Ridgeback inspired A. E. Hunter.
